The DREM networks for H1N1, H3N2, and H5N1 are provided as zip files in the left navigation bar. They can be visualized by downloading the DREM software from here. One can then run the command
java -jar drem.jar -d VIRUS/defaults.txt
where drem.jar is the DREM jar file and VIRUS is the folder the zip file unzips into (which should be the name of the virus in lowercase). After the DREM GUI opens, pressing the Execute button should open the visualization. The TFs regulating a particular path can be visualized by right clicking a particular path. They are ranked with most relevant TF being at the top.
