Thymidine block: Measured expression

RNA was reverse transcribed, labeled and hybridized to Affymetrix microarrays U133A 2.0 containing approximately 22,000 probe sets (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Clinical Genomics Facility). The microarray data of each time course was separately analyzed using the AMARGE suit38.
